As you go about trying to make eating decisions, remember that your choices will be relative. Is X food/beverage good for me compared to Y food/beverage? Is Y food/beverage bad for me compared to Z food/beverage? Moreover, it’s not just about the food/beverage itself. When you eat/drink, the amount, your state of mind, your previous health history, your current workout status are all important parameters as well.
